"I’ve dealt with several dialing companies since 1987, and for the most part, was not satisfied with any of them.  My partners and I always said that if we could bottle up all of their offerings, we’d have the perfect machine for our particular dialing needs.  We started window-shopping other dialing companies, and finally, called TouchStar.  After speaking with our Account Representative, we decided to fly to TouchStar’s home office, where we met with the entire staff, including Steve Bederman (CEO).
