Partnership Levels:

A Silver Partner focuses on sales while TouchStar provides all the necessary technical expertise required.

A Gold Partner sells, trains, installs, and provides local Tier 1 support while TouchStar provides Tier 2 and Development Support as needed.

Gold Partners are eligible to become Platinum Partners after one year of being a Gold Partner and becoming TouchStar Certified.
Sales Kits
Sales Kits are provided for all products and services to maximize your ability to sell. Material in the Sales Kits include: Brochures, Configuration Diagrams, Sales Processes, Features & Benefits, Quote Templates, Contracts, Demo Outlines, Demo Software, Competitive Analysis, Pricing, Installation Requirements, and Contacts.
Marketing Plan
TouchStar will offer to work with the Referral Partner to develop a marketing plan to maximize the opportunity for success. The Marketing Plan includes: Market Development Offers from TouchStar, Detailed Marketing Tactic Advice, Marketing Materials and Documentation, Trade Shows, Reference Accounts, Custom Development Request Review, Geography, Culture, and Language Discussion, and a TouchStar Annual User Conference Invitation.
Training
In some cases, training may be provided at the partner location. Standard training is provided at our Denver, Colorado, USA headquarters; online training is also available. Partners are responsible for their travel expenses but there is no fee for training at TouchStar.
