TouchStar acquired Digisoft in 2005. Digisoft has been a leading global provider of call center applications and call transaction management systems since 1983. Digisoft's flagship product, eTeleScript, has won many industry awards. Digisoft has call center clients in twenty-three countries on four continents.
TouchStar acquired Sigmaworx / ETS in 2006. Sigmaworx was a pioneer and global leader in the development, delivery, and service of call center systems. Beginning in the mid 1980's as ETS, Sigmaworx developed leading edge predictive dialing software solutions combined with best in class customer service. Over 2,000 clients worldwide have experienced improvements in productivity, quality, and consistency with Sigmaworx solutions over the last 20 years.
Data-Tel Info Solutions was acquired by TouchStar in 2007. Data-Tel Info Solutions was a privately held call center solutions provider with headquarters in Mesa, AZ and offices in Westerville, OH and Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Founded in 1991, Data-Tel had installed systems throughout the United States, Caribbean Islands, Australia, Canada, Philippines, Dominican Republic, Central and South America and India.
