TouchStar Launches New Division to Offer Large Group Volume Discounts

Denver, CO (February 2, 2007) -- TouchStar today announces the addition of a new business unit that offers long distance services.

TouchStar Connect empowers TouchStar's existing clients with large group purchasing power, as well as a one-stop solution for their technology infrastructure.

TouchStar Connect has partnered with several long distance carriers to offer the most competitive rates.

TouchStar has more than 2,000 current clients; many are call centers, so their call volume is already large.  By combining volume, TouchStar Connect is able to offer excellent rates.

By combining TouchStar's call center software, hardware, long distances, and core value of customer service, clients gain a one-stop partner that can help them resolve technical challenges as quickly as possible.

Steve Bederman, CEO of TouchStar says, "Our clients are excited about having a partner that supports their technology infrastructure with the safety of knowing we won't rest until technical challenges are resolved.  Our employees are excited about our continued growth; TouchStar is the most exciting company in our industry."

Richard Lang has been appointed to oversee TouchStar Connect as the Business Manager.  Richard brings over 10 years of Telecom expertise to TouchStar.  "TouchStar is a customer-centric organization that recognizes that many variables that challenge our customers.  Our goal is to provide as much safety to them as possible.  By managing their Telecom needs, we can provide them with not only volume discounts on their services, but a higher level of customer service than they would receive from their current carriers," stated Richard.

TouchStar Connect's commitment of world class customer service is a continuation of TouchStar's dedication to its Core Value: "A client gives us a gift of trust.  We return that gift by serving them with integrity, passion, sound processes, and relentless effort."
