Hubbard Systems and TouchStar Annouce Alliance 

Partnership Offers Users Seamless Access To Powerful Predictive Dialer Software

Denver, Colorado (March 1,2004)  -- Hubbard Systems, a leading provider of debt collections software to law firms, collection agencies, and financial institutions, has inked an agreement with leading predictive dialer solutions provider, TouchStar. TouchStar, headquartered in Denver, Colorado, provides software to over 300 call centers, customer service centers, collection agencies, and collection attorneys in the U.S., Canada, South America, the Caribbean, Europe, and Asia.

TouchStar’s predictive dialer application is built on an open architecture, Windows 2000 Server and Microsoft SQL Server platform using Dialogic SCSA telephony components. Initially it will interface with Hubbard Systems’ Collection Partner™ and MPower™ debt collection applications. It will ultimately be fully integrated with the firm’s .Net ASP collection system, Colipso™.
