Denver, Colorado (March 1, 2007) – TouchStar today announces the Beta release of its new TouchStar IP PBX product.
Businesses are rapidly upgrading their traditional telephone switches to systems that are also capable of operating over next generation voice and data integrated networks. Cost savings can be achieved with an IP PBX by utilizing VoIP long distance services.
Efficiencies can be achieved by utilizing one phone switch for multiple offices or at-home users; remote users are connected through an internet connection. Having the capability to support remote users empowers a business with new operational flexibility.
The TouchStar IP PBX Beta provides a rich feature set with classic PBX functionality, as well as advanced features like Recording, Monitoring, Conference Bridging, Call Queuing, and Remote Agents. It also provides a GUI Administrator interface designed to make Moves/Adds/Changes easy to implement in a corporate office environment.
