TouchStar, a World Class Provider of Call Center Solutions, Updates its Corporate Identity
TouchStar Has Tripled in Size and Added Four Products in 18 Months
Denver, CO (March 16, 2007) – TouchStar today announces a significant update of its corporate marketing that accurately represents TouchStar’s growth over the last 18 months, and supports future growth in additional products, services, and markets.
TouchStar has grown from 65 employees to 180 over the past year and a half; four new products and services were added, and TouchStar entered new geographic markets and industries.
The former corporate brand “TouchStar Software” did not reflect the current or future identity of TouchStar. TouchStar Software has already been known in the call center industry as just “TouchStar”.
The logo was updated to communicate our core value and the global presence of the company. The three lines were strengthened to represent TouchStar’s core values: integrity, passion, and relentless effort; the star represent’s TouchStar’s clients. The core value lines now wrap around the client and represent TouchStar’s global reach.
The company’s tagline received an update that represents the globalization of TouchStar and today’s call center industry. The former tagline “Our Passion, Your Future,” was changed to “World Class Call Center Solutions.”
Steve Bederman, TouchStar’s CEO, commented: “TouchStar is World Wide and World Class. We needed an updated identity that reflects our growth, quality, and commitment to the global market. Our marketing team did a great job working with our customers and our strategic growth committee to build an identity that will carry us forward.”
Brochures, proposals, trade show booths, and other marketing materials have all been updated. TouchStar is also launching a new website on March 20th. The new site will include TouchStar’s updated corporate identity and it will support multiple languages.
Brian Smits, TouchStar’s Director of Sales and Marketing, said: “We identified the need for an update in October and we initiated a detailed plan to obtain feedback, create, and produce. Our challenge was that we could not destroy the brand recognition that TouchStar already has in the call center industry yet we needed to accurately reflect that TouchStar is a very different company than it was just two years ago. We are very happy that all our stakeholders have already provided very positive feedback on our new identity.”
