During the Contact Center World Member’s Choice Awards Dinner, TouchStar’s Director of Operations, John McDonough, graciously accepted a distinctive trophy honoring TouchStar for its relentless effort to develop efficient and easy-to-use outbound dialer solutions.  In addition, TouchStar received honorable mention for votes cast for its Monitoring and Coaching capabilities.
