Leading Call Center Solution Provider TouchStar, Announces Growth
 
TouchStar issues Letter of Intent to acquire Sigmaworx.

Denver, CO (November 16, 2006) -- TouchStar, a leading provider of call center technology, today announces a Letter of Intent to purchase a competing solution provider, Sigmaworx.

TouchStar now employs more than 150 worldwide, almost doubling from last year. TouchStar's growth benefits the call center industry by increasing the knowledge base and resources available for current and future clients looking to enhance their existing call centers.

TouchStar will share its core value of customer service and client advocacy with the current clients of Sigmaworx and will offer expanded product features, support, and infrastructure for these customers.
