Innovation Software, authors of a range of CRM packages that include CreditForce and Innovation 360 degree products, have signed an agreement with US based TouchStar, Inc. to distribute their CTI (Computer Telephony Integrated) product, CT Server. This product provides a range of power dialer and caller identification solutions for use with call centre telephone systems.
Innovation Software is already a provider of software for call and shared services centres with a large number of global corporations, including Express Dairies, Pilkington Glass, Baker & McKenzie, Burberry, and Exel Logistics. The company’s software is sold in 15 countries in several foreign languages.
Commenting on this partnership, Russell Lyons, Innovation Software’s International Business Development Director, said:
"We first integrated our software with CTI Systems some 2 years ago for the Financial Services Division of a major US motorcycle manufacturer. Since then we have developed a range of tools and reports that focus upon adding value to both our own and the telephone system software, providing additional functionality in the areas of performance monitoring and KPI tracking.
Our observations of the improvements we could enable in terms of personal productivity led us to reach the conclusion that entering into a partnership relationship with a CTI supplier would present an excellent commercial opportunity. We researched the market place and TouchStar stood out as not only providing the best technology and at the best value, but also having a similar vision of the market place to ourselves.”
The fully integrated package will enable users working in credit control or marketing to benefit from power dialling or predictive dialling together with automated recognition of inbound telephone calls and automated “screen popping” where the contact record and client account is automatically displayed on screen.
